Looking to relieve stress and maintain a healthy exercise routine? Join us for stress-free, easy, 30-minute group cycling rides on Zwift! Our Zwift rides will be lead by DVEN Founder, Robert Hess, and will take you on a virtual scenic route. As you ride, you’ll be able to chat with fellow veterans and #StopPTSD advocates, while getting a healthy dose of exercise!

Exercise is one of the best ways to prevent disease, and a feeling of community can greatly mitigate the stress associated with daily life. If you are familiar with Zwift and want to attend a Stress Buster ride, add “Robert Hess” on Zwift and he’ll send you an invitation to the Zwift meetup(s) of your choice. Use the blue contact form on this page (located on the bottom right) to RSVP with which ride(s) you would like to attend. Please be sure to log-into Zwift and go to the meet-up location, at least five minutes before the meet-up start time.

Our Stress Buster Zwift Rides are Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:30pm to 5:00pm, Fridays from 6:00am – 6:30am, and Saturdays from 7:30am – 8:00am. We’ve researched the most efficient and cost-effective ways to get anyone started on Zwift.
